Protection of personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter ‘GDPR’), we process your personal data. We hereby provide you with related information in this form as well, in order to fulfil the respective information obligation.

1. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

2. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

2.1. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR.

3. THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

3.1. Personal data shall be processed in relationship with the following, and for following purpose:

3.1.1. to conclude and perform contracts for the purchase of goods offered by our company,

3.1.2. to fulfil the obligations arising from legal regulations, in particular tax, accounting, statistical and archiving regulations,

3.1.3. to communicate on the execution of orders / delivery of goods along with communication with persons interested in purchasing goods,

3.1.4. to protect the legitimate interests of our company, which consists in defending against any claims (e.g. complaints) and assessing their legitimacy,

3.1.5. to maintain a customer database for marketing purposes, send offers and evaluate feedback.

3.2. Personal data shall not be used for automated decision making with profiling.

4. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

4.1. Our company processes personal data in the following areas: name(s) and surname, address of permanent residence, address for delivery, date of birth, e-mail address(es), telephone number, identification data and bank account number.

4.2. The provision of personal data for the purposes of points 3.1.1 to 3.1.4 is obligatory. Without providing the data, it is not possible to conclude a contract for the purchase of goods offered by our company or to fulfil individual orders.

4.3. The provision of personal data for the purposes of paragraph 3.1.5 (marketing) is voluntary. Data will only be processed for this purpose with your consent, which you give when you create an order / create a customer account.

5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Personal data may be made available to our employees, carriers, accountants, tax or legal advisors, business partners (e.g. IT solution providers) as well as public authorities, always to the extent necessary for the specific tasks of these recipients.

5.2. Our company does not intend to sell personal data to third countries or international organisations, unless the nature of a specific contract for the purchase/delivery of goods so requires.

6. PROCESSING PERIOD

6.1. Our company processes personal data for a maximum period of 10 years.

6.2. Personal data provided on the basis of consent shall be processed by our company until revocation of such consent.

7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

7.1. You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data, the right to limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint.

7.2. The exercise of these rights may be limited and excluded in certain cases (e.g. to determine, exercise or defend our rights).

8. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

8.1. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection www.uoou.cz).
